About Carol Bradshaw

A highly trained, fully qualified and experienced teacher of Pilates – in both mat work and studio equipment.

Carol is a certified teacher with the Centre for Spatial Medicine, the international leading organisation in the field of advanced fascial anatomy, combining the fascial approach with Joseph Pilates original method.

Interests include managing neurological conditions; pre/post breast cancer exercise; osteoporosis management; ante/post natal Pilates; pre/post surgery continuing physical rehabilitation.

Passionate about the benefits of Pilates and fascinated with anatomy and biomechanics, she has trained with  international Master Pilates Teachers and Movement Educators, and regularly updates her skills and knowledge with further professional courses and workshops.

Carol is also a qualified Life Coach, with a corporate background in people & organisational development and has a B.A  English Language & Literature from University of Birmingham.
